Deprecated from version 3.1.0. It is no longer supported and can be removed in future releases. Use get_users() instead.
Gets the IDs of any users who can edit posts.
No Hooks.

. Array of editable user IDs, empty array otherwise.
Usage
get_editable_user_ids( $user_id, $exclude_zeros, $post_type );
- $user_id(int) (required)
- User ID.
- $exclude_zeros(true|false)
- Whether to exclude zeroes.
Default: true - $post_type **
