These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of products, software, plugins, license keys, downloads, updates, support, and related services provided through WP-Kama.

WP-Kama is operated by Timur Kamaev, trading as WP-Kama.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any WP-Kama product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, receipts, billing questions, and refunds.

Your purchase may be subject to Paddle’s own buyer terms and policies.

3. License

When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license terms shown on the product page or checkout page.

Unless stated otherwise, the license allows you to install and use the product for your own websites or client websites within the limits of the purchased plan.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share license keys publicly, or make the product available as a separate downloadable product.

4. GPL notice

Some WordPress-related code may be distributed under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license where applicable. These Terms do not limit any rights granted to you by an applicable open-source license.

However, access to paid downloads, license keys, automatic updates, support, and other commercial services may require an active valid license.

5. Updates and support

The purchase may include access to product updates and support for the period shown on the product page or checkout page.

Support covers product-related questions, bug reports, and usage help. Support does not include custom development, site-specific customization, server administration, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress maintenance unless explicitly stated.

We may update, improve, change, or discontinue product features at any time.

6. Account and license security

You are responsible for keeping your account access and license keys secure.

We may suspend or revoke access to updates, support, or license services if a license key is abused, shared publicly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and Paddle’s applicable buyer policies.

8. Compatibility

We try to keep products compatible with current supported versions of WordPress and PHP where reasonably possible. Compatibility information may be listed on the product page.

We do not guarantee that a product will work with every theme, plugin, hosting provider, server configuration, browser, or custom codebase.
