MyAccountEndpoint::get_cancellable_statuses │ public static │ WC 1.0

Statuses a customer can still cancel from My Account.

Backs the Cancel button in the template and the cancel request handler, so the two can't drift apart. The listing itself splits into a pending table and an active table, each querying a single status.
